I have been using the standard turkey fryer burners for my AG brews. I have an opportunity to pick up some of the Blichmann burners cheap and wonder how they compare to a standard burner. My biggest hope is that they are in fact safer because they have a mechanism to hold the brew pot in place. For those of you who have used them would you recommend them? Why?
