I broke my CO2 Reg and I need a new one (don't ask) so I figured I might as well go with a dual body for soda. Anyway, The one at AHS is way more than the one I see on keg connection. Is this the best price I'm going to find? Are there other good sources? I'll probably need to order it today if I want to drink any of my beer soon!

I actually like the most expensive option. The Micromatic regulators are built like tanks.
