Jay, I was looking for a link to your website, it's not in your signature, and this is what I found on google:
http://www.linkedin.com/pub/jay-webster/15/a30/614
It says you run a home brew store, and that puts you in the "mental health care industry". Awesome.

Bobby,
Thank's for the valves. They worked out great. Do you know who might have spare seats that go around the ball? I'd like to have some on hand for backup.
Regards,
BB

316 is considered a higher grade stainless when compared to 304. The difference is corrosion resistance for different fluids. We use 316 for our heat exchangers at work when dealing with sea water. Any metallurgists? I don't think it matters with slightly acidic wort and low fluid velocities.
