Three-piece body can be taken apart for cleaning.
Full bore, no restriction.
Free floating ball, Handle closes in both directions.
316 Stainless
1/2" Female NPT on both ends.
PTFE seals, high temp max 600F.
$24 each. PM me if you find a lower price for a 316 SS 3-piece ball valve. The only downside to this one is that it's not a "Blingman".
Bobby M, by weldless parts do you mean the bulkhead fittings and hardware to attach the valve through a hole in a kettle? At $24 it seems pretty good value, is this a limited special? Any other sizes/threads?
Obviously these will not function as well as the Blichmann's, but do you think I could get closer to their valve's performance by writing "Blichmann" on the handle with a sharpie?

I have a stock of about 35 valves right now and when they are gone, they're gone.
If I get around to making these weldless, the stainless version will be a swagelok fitting that goes through the kettle wall, locknut, then the valve. The siphon tube would be 1/2" stainless. In order to do it the right way, I'd be silver soldering a washer to the fitting.
The budget version will be copper with a stainless washer soldered like this:
The problem is that both of these take time to make up and mine is running thin right now.
