Default Bayou Classic's stir paddles...

Anyone have any input on these?

Seem awfully light when I picked it up... Can't find any info on what it is made of, but I haven't tried all that hard either...

Thanks in advance...

Mine are stainless steel. I discovered that after trying to drill holes in it! You will be happy with it.

I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say that it's made out of wood.

I know, not much help am I. I'd guess since it's for food, probably a low cost neutral wood like poplar.

Thank you Captain Obvious...

Hehehe....

Low cost is fine as long as it is something neutral.... Sent an email to one of the distributors... Hope to find out soon...
