I thought that a replacement seal was available for both sizes of auto siphon, but I can't find one now.

Can anyone point me to somebody who has these?

I've never seen replacement seals. I know that you can get replacement racking canes for them (duh, kinda obvious I guess). Tagging this thread in the case that you find the seals...
