Whether it's equivalent or not doesn't matter, it's whether the kegs will fit or not

You'd have to measure, but I'm thinking it might not work. If you look at the bottom, there's a bump out for the compressor. Doesn't look like there's enough room for kegs from the picture, but you'd have to measure it to see.

I have a couple mini-fridges including the Sanyo 4910. The problem isn't the shelf in the back for the compressor, the kegs fit fine in front of it in most fridges. The problem is the interior width of the fridge. The Sayno models are just a little bit wider and that's the key to fitting two kegs in there.
