Default Any have an opinion on using weldless fittings with a keggle?

I am planning on converting a keg into a keggle for the use of larger boils (not intending to use it for a mashtun). Does anyone have opinions they are willing to share about how well weldless fittings work with a keggle and which fittings I should look at getting to drain the keggle once the boil is done? The link below is for a vendor of weldless fittings.

Thanks

There are good reasons for using weldless fittings and I explain it here:

I use weldess fittings on all my equipment including Boil kettle, HLT, and mash tun made from kegs. They work great. I use a center drain dip tube on the mash tun and a side drain dip tube with whirlpool on the boil kettle.

Here is a link to my mash tun:

Why use weld less fittings?
1. Simple
2. Cheaper
3. You can do it at home.
