Default For all your draught beer needs

Just reposting a link to a new guide the Brewers Association released today. Seems to be full of excellent information and resources. Draught Beer Quality Manual

From Draft magazine

For all your draught beer needs
By Noah Davis • Apr 27th, 2009 • Category: Beer News

"If you love draught beer, you want quality. But there are so many issues to remember. Luckily, Charlie Papazian points us toward the Brewers Association Draught Beer Quality Manual. The document, which took over one and a half years to writer, contains everything you’ve ever wanted to know about the perfect pour. From the simple (Chapter 1: Essential Draught System Components) to the “huh?” (Appendix A: ISBT Guidelines for Beverage Grade Carbon Dioxide) it’s the perfect place to turn for all your draught beer needs.

Now if only we could get someone to install that kegerator, we’d be in business."http://draughtquality.org/f/DBQM_Full.pdf

Default Brewers Association Draught Beer Quality Manual - free PDf download

I just briefly looked at this interesting PDF booklet put out by the BA, and it seems quite interesting and relevant for homebrewers, even if it was written primarily for commercial establishments. I don't know anything about kegging, but it seems to be quite comprehensive and cover basics as well as more advanced topics.

I'm sure it is great. I'd just like to point out that it is the B.A.D. Beer Quality Manual...

I might carry a copy of this in my car so that I can hand it to the management at a few places...

Hey guys, I had been looking for several months to find left-hand to right-hand thread adaptors for regulators. I finally found a source that has everything I needed. In case you have the same issues, try www.chicompany.net and they have a wide selection of parts and fittings for kegging etc. I hope this helps others to find what they need fast. These guys are great for service too.

Well, it's time for another brew!

Cheers,
Mike

Unfortunately, this is no longer available!

Does anyone have a copy of the PDF they could attach to this thread?
