Default About to bottle my cider, using the jet cleaner for bottles

Cold water has more chance of having bacteria in it?

I have a jet cleaner for carboys and bottles, however I dont have the add on to use it in youre kitchen sink.

Ive cleaned out the bottles for the cider. Would finishing them in cold water from the tap outside be a bad thing?

Thanks,
