Which perlick? I'm liking the 575. Or the perl flow.

fwiw, the 575 is a 525 with a different faucet lever, with the "push back for foam" feature that seems redundant to me. I've read that the small hole in the business end of the 575 faucet lever is prone to clogging with unfiltered beer. Either way, if I want to top off a pint with some extra head, I just crack the 525 for a second or two, et voila: extra head.

As for the 545PC flow control faucet, I don't recall reading any reviews of it in these forums. But it only comes in chromed brass, which would be a negative for me anyway.

Meanwhile, I have a half dozen 525SS faucets that work perfectly and that will most likely not only outlive me but will still look brand new to boot. They're the Dorian Grey of beer faucets

Cheers!
