Just got a steel tank from Scott, shipped to Philly for $68 ($40 for the tank, $28 for shipping). He also quoted aluminum at $65 plus $20 for shipping. He sent a tracking number next business day. It shipped today (Monday), should arrive by Thursday. Quick and easy transaction!

Update: my steel tank arrived on Thursday. It's in good but definitely used shape. The hand wheel is a little cracked, but I'm honestly not sure of that's something I did or if that's how it came. The tank has a 2010 hydro date, and I got it filled locally with no problem. Thanks, Scott!

Scott is one super salesman, the tank I got had a leaking valve, he had me check some things to make sure it was not a simple fix, sending out a replacement valve for it. Could not ask for better support.

picked up a couple Oxygen tanks (combined cheap shipping) and a steel 20#. received quickly and already swapped them out for new ones. My local shop has to send out the medical O2 tank to be filled but not a big deal. I got prices from him for all the stuff.
Steel 20# - 40 + ~28 ship
Aluminum 20# - 65 + ~20 ship
32" x 4" handled medical O2 w/built-in regulator - 35 + ship
5# steel and aluminum - 40 + ~18 ship
Scott also had 4' O2 tanks if anyone interested
