Just received my new shiny 27 Gallon Stout Conical fermenter. It is a thing of beauty. I really like the welded on legs and I opted for butterfly valves. With my new coolbot room, I will be fermenting a lager this Sunday. As always, John is very helpful and it was worth the wait!
Our coolbot room is working great. We are fermenting at 50 degrees with just a room airconditioner. It was easy to dump the trub out of the bottom valve after the diacytel rest. 2 weeks to go.
