Default 2 or 3 roller mill?

Is having a 3 roller mill worth another $40 over a 2 roller mill. I'm considering the Monster Mill MM-3 or MM-2. Any advice?

I've crushed over 75, 10-gallon batches with my Barley Crusher with absolutely no issues. Ready out of the box and no assembly required.

+1 to the Barley Crusher. It's a simple 2 roller mill that will last you a lifetime.

The 3 roller design is great for hard grains like wheat. The first gap is wider so it gives a light crush making hard grains easier to feed. The second pair of rollers finishes the job. It is basically the same as a double crush in one pass. I love mine.

If you use a lot of wheat of other hard grains the 3rd roller is nice to have.
