Default 15 Gallon BK - Comparison & Advice?

I'm shopping for a 15 gallon (60 quart) brew kettle. If I can't find anything pre-drilled I'll need to add my own ball valve, but I want to make sure I can attach something securely - i.e. the wall needs to be thick enough to take a fitting without deforming. I prefer aluminum for cost and efficiency.

Anybody know the difference between wall thickness on these?

(Shipping on both of those is a bit prohibitive at over $30. )

Or there's this:

. . . but it looks like it's pretty shallow and wide, which means more evaporation.

And this one is listed as 4mm:

Any advice for a poor homebrewer?

More evaporation won't hurt you, as long as you plan for it. I javelin a pretty wide pot and i get about a gallon in 60 minutes.

I'm going to have to edit my post. I just stopped by the restaurant supply shop (about which I had forgotten until just this morning) and they have a good heavy 60qt pot for $70 or so. That's as good as I'd do with anything online.

So, I guess, problem solved.
