Default 10 gallon secondary fermentor

What does everyone use to ferment in the secondary for a 10 gallon batch size. I will use a 20 gallon restaurant/food quality plastic container with lid and airlock for primary. But I would like to dryhop and condition further in the secondary but I read that plastic is not good for a secondary fermentor. Any guidance would be appreciated.

What kind of plastic? Look for a number within a triangle.

1 sauerkraut
1 Tequila, from a prickly pear wine experiment that didn't work. I call it "Prickly Heat"
