yes I fermented in a corny a few times (5 gal) and just used Co2 to transfer, no chance of oxidation. The one thing I learned though is don't cut the diptube, if you want to just accentuate the bend some to make it 1" higher than it currently is. I wish I had a full dip tube in that keg now that i don't ferment in the corny anymore.
