- Aging Session Beers - Question!
For session beers that don't really need too much time to age (Irish Red, IPA, Amber, Pale), I've been doing a simple system:1 week in primary1 week in secondary1 week cold aging in keg/force carbing

I'm going to be in Baltimore all next week for work. Can anyone point me towards any brewpubs that I must visit while I am there? I'm not going to have a car with me, so I probably can't easily get to
