I would like to try brewing some Belgian Tripels or Strong Ales (extract w/steeping grains). from my reading, I understand that you can sometimes expect to get clove flavors in those styles.not a big

Wondering if this is an infection. Might be worth mentioning that the yeast overshot the expected FG by about 4 points. The sample tasted downright delicious when I racked it, though.http://img31.imag
