Hello All; As Christmas and the holiday season approach my family stepped out of the ordinary and said why don't you get what you want in the way of brewing kits and go to it. For Veteran's day my wife got me from Midwest Supplies the 5 liter mini-keg kit with a Fris-Fras tapper.....have read both good and bad and viewed some youtube video's on this so I am open minded and willing to give this system a try...(wife still will not budge on a dedicated beer fridge), and these will fit in what I currently use.... So for this upcoming holiday season I ordered two kits from Austin Homebrew Supply, and one kit from Midwest as well as two additional 5 liter kegs.....(hey I am gonna use the system I will use it to the fullest).... My plan for these particular recipes is to make them and use two of the mini-kegs for half of each batch and one case of bottles for the other half....definately looking forward to doing my first lager (Stella Clone), using czech pilsner wyeast temps are holding in my lagering chamber (garage) so I have medium to high hopes for this one....
