This was a non-brewing weekend but still managed to do plenty. Bottled my big milk chocolate stout. Came in at 1.023 from 1.084 for an ABV of almost 8%. The sample tasted fantastic. This was only a 5 gallon batch and had about 4 inches of yeast cake in this one. Then transferred the Pilsner to a better bottle and started the lager on it. I'll let this one go 8 weeks then bottle. Next week I plan on doing a vienna lager with a decoction mash. Should be a challange.
