Burbon Cherry Stout

So I had this Idea the other day and Trying to see what to do with it...I would like to do a either Chocolet Burbon Cherry Stout, or just a Burbon Cherry stout...I have bought the Spirals and Went with the Medium Plus toast. I have the Cherrys and figure to just add durring secondary after breaking the skin seal. My problem is putting together the right kind of sout recipie. Im not looking for a heavy strong Coffee stout. more of a carmal vanilla medium body. Anyone have any suggestions on this idea.
