Like I said in my profile, I am a brew virgin. I recently acquired an inordinate amount of brewing equipment via craigslist and am not yet ready to venture into the actual task of brewing. Why not? Well, to make a long story short we are re-building our deck and the garage is currently full of lumber and various other outdoor paraphenalia.
