Plan for the weekend

Alright, so the planned brew for the weekend is going to be a very simple EuroPils-type brew. I've got some WLP802. Using a continental Pils mat and a pound of Vienna. Bitter with Tettnag, finish with Saaz. Trying to go for clean, dry, simple. Probably do a double infusion, maybe with a single decoction for mash out.

Anyone have any brilliant (or insane) suggestions?
