I am a self proclaimed beer snob!!!! I will ask what the big red letters say not to. Am I a self proclaimed beer snob? I always new I was deep down inside, but then I discovered Steel Reserve. My god it taste close to PBR! I love PBR... Is that wrong???? I am poor!! I have been brewing for over a year now. I am thinking of going all grain, but I don't have the money. I was not poor and my regular was sierra nevada pale ale. I love beer, I love the process, I love the home grown hops, I love the people... And in that very sense does the people at PBR not love the same. I find it very framiliar and funny that at this stage of my brewing that I am trying to strive to reach the potential of Steel Reserve. A high ABV Lager! It is amazing! I feel that if I continue that I will loose the foundation of my message. So I will stop!!! And say MY GOD I LOVE 211 STEAL RESERVE !!!

Yeah... I feel a little embarrassed about my blog. I totally forgot that I even wrote it. I probably should have posted it in drunkin ramblings, because I was soo hammered. However, I will still stand by my words... I do want to brew a high ABV Lager.
