We started my first batch after 4yrs away. I am wanting to go all grain my next batch and built a mash tun and thought I would use it for this first partial grain recipe. However, this first recipe calls for steeping in a grain bag instead of a mash tun. I just wanted to give it a try first to wrap my head around how it will really work before I go whole hog.
