We started my first batch after 4yrs away. I am wanting to go all grain my next batch and built a mash tun and thought I would use it for this first partial grain recipe. Heading back to the brew store today after a 4yr hiatus. Went to see my brother in law last weekend and had his Home brew and really missed it. I just broke my foot and it has side lined me from racing so I have time on my hands again. So I thought why not start brewing again. Grabbed a cooler and hardware yesterday to make a mash tun. I am looking forward to a good stout again.
