Split batch

I noticed that there's not a lot of information online about splitting batches between two carboys for fermentation. I brewed a 6 gallon batch of Belgian tripel last weekend (O.G. 1.090) and decided to split it between two carboys, divided my 2.6 liter starter into them evenly and then shook and swirled them ferociously. So far so good. They got off to a very fast start and four days later are still bubbling at a nice leisurely pace. I plan to combine them into one carboy for secondary. ...
