ODIN's BREW 6: Charge the Learning Curve!

Noobies Get Stoked

A great thing happened in mid January. It was a Friday evening and on my way home from work, I realized:
I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO THE STORE TO BUY BEER!

It's finally time to bottle!
Remember
Read your instruction manual
This blog is just jokes and tips, and my self absorbed diary that I'm so sure you want to waste your time reading!

Here's the little bit of possibly helpful info, followed by the long rambling...

Beginner Tips 2 -- Bottling
  • When you siphon DON'T GET ANY OXYGEN IN THE BEER. This can ruin your beer! So do it smoothly and avoid air bubbles, splashes etc.

ODIN's BREW 3
Remember folks, I don't know what I'm doing. Read your instruction manual NOT THIS to learn how to brew. This is a blog of mistakes.

Obviously the title to this blog post is self-deprecating and exaggerated. If you haven't figured that out by now, never email me.
So I'm sitting here waiting... I just started brewing and my first batch is one week in the primary. The suspense is killing me. I'm so impatient I started this freagin' blog.
But the...
