So I've got my ESB 12 days in the primary. I want to brew an oaked porter in 2 days using the yeast in the ESB. So now I wonder where to rack the ESB tomorrow. I'd like to leave it to brighten for another week or two, but it'd be nice to just go straight to the keg. Keg or carboy, keg or carboy...
