Well I had figured my latest batch of TP#2 Am.Am.Ale was totally hosed after tasting it after two weeks in the bottle and feeling like someone just slipped me a buttered popcorn jellybean. Without thinking about it I, for the first time had a helper during the racking to the bottling bucket. I didn't think for a second while she sat there stirring, slowly whirlpooling my brew as it filled up that she/we were adding O2 to the mix. I was creating a new acetyl issue by oxygenating a precursor......
