Too many projects and too little cash

So I ended up staying home sick today and I was cruising the forum and started to think about all of the projects that I have been wanting to either finish or start for my brewing addiction. Ill list them below in order of importance to me. The problem is the funds are limited and they will only be dreams for a while, unless I can convince SWMBO that things like food and bills are not as important. If anyone has good suggestions or ideas of how I can cut corners without sacraficing too much quality let me know.
1.) Brutus Build - (The Stonekeep Brewery as I like to call it) I got the steel only because I guilt tripped SWMBO into letting me buy it after she got a speeding ticket. I did the cutting and grinding work then as a wedding present she had her friend (expert welder) weld it for me. I was able to do the gas manifold in the rear beam wich will be nice. Though I havent got to pressure test it. I did get the casters put on, and SWMBO scored a couple free ascos for me. I guilt tripped her into letting me buy the 1.5 inch gas nipples and shut off valves as well. Thats about as far as I have gotten though... unfortunately.
2.) Motorized Milling Station - Well this one I just wanted to do after seeing some of the great ideas here. I found an old 1/3 hp 1750 rpm motor in my garage and it works. I decided I wanted to cut a hole in SWMBO's buther table but she wont let me yet. Ill probably buy a new crankenstein mill, since my brewing buddy actually purchased the mill we use and Im moving 2 hours away. I just need the mill / table / and pulleys and ill be able to finish that one.
3.) Keezer - I want to build a Keezer similar to the one that Jester built (that thing was awsome.) Its a tough sell to SWMBO, however If my pool table to fit into the room we want to put it in the new house then I may have to sell it and use the proceeds to finish Stonekeep and then this one if possible. I only want 4 taps though. That should be sufficient for me.
4.) Fermentation Chiller - If I get to build the keezer then my current beer fridge I want to convert intoa fermentation chiller and finally start making lagers in the summer time instead of waiting till fall/winter timing.
