UFC 100 is coming up on the night of the 11th back home and on the morning of the 12th here. I won't be able to catch it but will have to wait until Monday to watch it. That's going to be tough. The last fight that was on managed to be spoiled for me by Stars And Stripes newspaper. The violence certainly hasn't smoldered out of control here and it seems both Sunni and Shi'a are exhibiting admirable self control lately. For once I was glad that there were no fireworks on the 4th of July, hopefully this streak will continue.
