After a long break, I am finally going to blow the dust off the equipment and start brewing again. My wife and I have a 16 month old and a 3 month old so the last year has been 'a little' busy.

I have only done kits in the past and I want to start following some recipes and doing 2.5 gallon batches. I visited my LHBS to check out the inventory and I think I will be able to do this. I was very impressed with the Extract selection, hops, yeast, etc.
