Non-hetero Saison: Saison brewed with cloud berries(jam, not fresh) and flowers. My plan is to steep the flowers at flameout, once the wort has been cooled below 120F for ~5-10 minutes.
Consecration Clone: Belgian Strong Dark with Cabernet Sauvignon soaked dried currants, oak cubes, and Russian River Bugs
Gluten Free brew: Have the ingredients mostly, ths ones for my parents(mostly mom)
