Haven't kept this up to date, shame on me

02/01 - so I did my first AG on 02/01 an Imperial Stout from NB. Didn't get great efficiency, 1.076@74F was my SG.
02/20 - I just put this into a secondary and took a sample, 1.028@64F seems high. It's currently sitting at 6.5% ABV.

02/16 - I also put 5 gallons of the Welch's into secondary, and I bottled the rest as I would beer, using priming sugar and I sweetened a couple bottles with splenda too.

02/16 - Put up 3 gallons of Ed Wort's apfelwein, but I oversugared and ended up at 1.114SG! Rocket fuel here I come.

That 4th batch of BIG beer is still in the fermenter, I finally got fed up and pitched a pack of 1118 yeast off in there, just took a sample and the CG (current gravity) is around 1.036 yeesh this stuff's never gonna finish!

Here's some pictures:

Welch's in secondary in my basement to clear some before bottling in wine bottles.

The bottled Welch's that was primed just like beer, on the high side of the carbonation scale.

My rocketfuel to be apfelwein, looks like it should end up in the 15% ABV range!

My first batch of brew in my TAD just about done for, it's not a bad brew, little watery but quite drinkable.
