So I wanted to make a Double Bock put in 2 cans of Muntons' Bock, a pound of amber dme, around a pound of honey, some brown sugar (maybe a pound) and maybe a pound of plain table sugar. And my SG is big, guess I should have caluclated a bit better rather than just thorwing stuff in willy nilly.
SG 1.110 @ 76F
I added a pack of Nottingham yeast to the packet of one of the Munton's kits and hydrated it in 2 cups of warm water with a tablespoon of DME in it.
Can't wait to see what happens to this bad boy. Hope the yeast can handle the work.

Yep, a definite argument for better planning in the future! Now I'm dying to know what it's gonna taste like and how far down it ferments.
