So, I know that I have only brewed one batch of beer and the results where not the best. But, today my brother brought me the best gift of all. For some reason he brought me 8 gallons of pure apple juice. I almost crapped my pants. So, coming this Monday I am making some apfelwein and a few other various brews. Over the last couple of weeks I have been thinking up some brews that are actually freaking me out. I will divulge more info as I feel it is needed...but I am excited and pleased to say that...
