Okay. The IPA is in the fermenter. I see some movement in there, like someone is faintly stirring the wort with a spoon. The airlock is bubbling at a rate of about two per minute. Strangely, there is no krauesen. Maybe that will come later. Fingers are crossed. I was really paranoid about sanitation so the brewing process wasn't as relaxing as I hope it will be in the future.
