I kind of forgot this was here.
I transferred my Terrapin Wake N' Bake clone to a keg to bulk age today. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it.
The Brew Day
This beer is beautiful. I brewed it on the Summer Solstice and it is to be drank on the Winter Solstice. I'm likely going to bottle off the whole batch via BMBF so I can put them away for another 6 months. I also plan to cold steep 1/4lb of the Jittery Joes Wake N' Bake coffee blend for a week.
