It is almost over, about 5 weeks left out here in the middle east. Met a few good people, and met a few that I will gladly never see again !

I was lucky enough to spend the last 4 months living with a fellow homebrewer, really that was a bunch of fun. Bouncing ideas back and forth learning about meads, cysers and other honey wines.

These last 3 months have been a very rough time spending all of that time away from home knowing that I am only a plane ticket away from holding my wife and kids. This whole ordeal (so far) has been very trying being told that I leave for Iraq on one day then get that pushed back for a month then pushed back again for 2 more months only to be held over here in Kuwait for the last 3 weeks. And all of the members on here have been great, even with the rocky start I had.

I have tried to appoligize, but I know first impressions are lasting ones

I am in the millitary and I leave for a tour in Iraq here in July.
