I have the day off tomorrow so I decided to brew up a storm. On the brew list are my 4th and 5th brews, an IPA and an Irish Red Ale. The IPA will be the first batch I put directly onto another brew's yeast cake(Blonde Ale using the same yeast strain). Besides the 2 brews I will be bottling the blonde and secondarying 3 gallons of Porter. The porter is a test batch and I am trying 1 gal of Vanilla Bourbon, 1 gal of chocolate/coffee, and 1 gal of mint chocolate.
