The supplies have started coming in for the Birthday Meads. If you don't know what I'm talking about, read here (if you're interested). Anyway, I've got 2 new 3 gallon Better Bottles along with stoppers and airlocks from Brewmaster's Warehouse. Got to me quick! Still waiting on nutrient, energizer and Go-Ferm from MoreBeer. Should be here on the 23rd. Oooh, that's tomorrow, sweeeet!

I'm starting this blog to share the records, notes, and results from my daughters' meads. As I mentioned in my thread in the mead forum, the Apple-Cinnamon mead is for my 9 year old daughter. It will be "brewed" 1-26-2009, 2 weeks after her next birthday, and will be aged until she turns 21. The Vanilla-Peach will be for my due-in-February daughter and will be "brewed" 2 weeks after she's born. Again, it will age until she's 21. I'm pretty excited about both of these and...
