Hard-Wine-Cider-Malt-Brew (HWCMB)
Intensely sour... racked it onto three pounds of sugar in about a half gallon of water or so... Here's hoping I can salvage this batch. It tastes WONDERFUL when properly sweetened...

Bubbly Pink Wine:
