This is the same brewery as the Twent-E I have designed but includes a bigger element and kettles to support a 10 gallon batch, and also details out everything for a fully functioning brewery. Let me know what you think!

I really like this system. It can be operated indoors and gives the user the option of HERMS, RIMS, and any combination thereof. I envision using the HERMS for maintaining temps and the RIMS for steps. Decoctions could be drawn off and done on a separate burner.
