Well, started in on my brewing. I purchased all the equipment I needed from Grape and Granery in Akron Ohio. All 101 lbs of it arrived on 7/2. I unpacked and then left town for the weekend of the fourth.
Sunday the 5th I began brewing. Started at 10:30 pm and then finished at 2:30am. That water takes a long time to boil! Followed the recipe on brewing with briess. Discovered I didn't have as much ice as I needed, wasted a lot of water trying to cool everything down. Pitched...
