After a shaky start (but relatively good results), I decided to get another brew under my belt since i just bottled the first one. I'm a huge fan of IPA's and really wanted to try my hand at one so I picked out a relatively straightforward extract recipe (Amarillo IPA) and picked up everything at my LHBS. Since I didn't really take any notes for my first batch, I wanted to start getting in the habit of writing all the important stuff down so I could review it and know what does and doesn't work....
