Moving Forward...

On another note, I built myself a lauter tun today in anticipation of doing an all grain batch in the coming months. I had the extra...

I'm up after midnight, blogging about brewing beer. I mean, who does that right?

I'm wondering if I've collected enough bottles. I'm wondering if the swingtops I have are going to be better than the standard 12 oz cappers or visa versa. I'm already...
