Well I finally have my complete all-grain set up and its ready to go. Up until now I have helped out my brother in-law on several occasions utilizing his current set-up. He hooked me up and allowed me the honor to brew my own recipe with little to no help, just all me baby! It came out great, a really smooth IPA. I am happy to say that my first solo brewed batch (AG at that) turned out great! I couldn’t be more satisfied. I brewed up an IPA recipe I found here and added my own little touch to it; wow… it still blows my mind that I made this! I can see why so many of you on this forum and involved in home brewing have such a passion for this.
